Do you guys have a Facebook or Twitter?
We have a Facebook which you can find here. We will have a Twitter account later this year.
Do I need an account to order?
Nope. There are two options to checkout without the need to register. The first is with us through our PayPal gateway. This option will need basic shipping information entered along with name and email, as well as your payment info (taken securely by PayPal). The second option is through Google Checkout. This option you can fill your cart with as many items you want and then click the blue Google Checkout button located on the right side of the site, below your cart. You will be taken to the Google Checkout page and will then bee able to enter in the required information on Google's secure network.
Does Bafumba.com and Slick Neck hold any of my information?
Simple answer is yes, we do. If you create an account with us we do have your email and shipping information.
Ok. Do you keep any credit card files?
Nope. All orders are handled by either the PayPal or Google Checkout gateways. We never have access to any of your card information and will never handle it.
Do you sell or send my data to anyone?
Nope. Any personal data that you enter on the site, address, name, what you order, and email, are stored in our secured database and will never be seen by anyone outside of Bafumba.com and Slick neck. This said we will however need to share this data with the shipping company (UPS or USPS).
I live outside the US lower 48, can I order from you?
You sure can. If you attempt to order through the site the only addresses you will be able to enter are in the lower 48 of the United States. If you use our contact page we will be happy to see what we can do. Of course any order going to a nation that has trade embargo's imposed by the United States we cannot ship to.
I got a webcode for your site when can I enter it?
At checkout through the PayPal gateway on site and through the Google Checkout gateway. All webcodes will work on both gateways. Some webcodes work only once per customer and some that we may send out in a newsletter or to you personally (if you sign up for an account) may work more than once or be a perma-webcode.
