Shipping Terms
All packages will be shipped within two(2) business days of purchase. We ship UPS on most items however smaller packages may go USPS. All items posted with shipping rates and posted with free shipping are for ship to addresses that are located with-in the contenintal United States (Lower 48). There will be no exceptions. Should you try to complete an order for outside the this zone your order will be deleted and funds returned. It would be best to email us on an item so that we can work out the details should you desire to purchase product from Bafumba.com
"Free Shipping" - From time to time we here at Bafumba.com like to run a free shipping season. This free shipping season applies to all product of value over $50. If your order is under $50 there is a flat rate for that season. All rates will be posted in the checkout process.
All products shipped from Bafumba.com will be packaged and handled correctly. All product goes through a full inspection before shipment.
Returns
All returns must have a RMA number. To get a RMA number please contact us before you ship it back to us. The RMA must be written on the outside of the box on atleast three sides. The return product is your responsibility to pay for the shipping. When Bafumba.com ships the repaired or replaced product we pay any fee's to do so including shipping.

Please before accepting full delivery of your package, inspect it for any damage to the box or contents.If product is damaged please do not accept it until you have contacted the carrier.
If the product is DOA (Dead on Arrival) please contact us via our contact page with order number, date of purchase and date of delivery.
If Bafumba.com accepts any return claim based on Defect, Damage, or DOAwithin the first 30 days we will send you an RA number that must be placed on at least 3 sides of the box. If a return is more than one item you will receive an RA number for each item, all RA numbers must be on at least three sides of the box.
